Off-site sessions (1 hour) for home or your office: Shiatsu or Thai Yoga - $120 Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage - with table $170 (plus taxi fare)
Traditional Shiatsu
Holistic bodywork from Japan developed to balance energy in the body. Hand Techniques of varying pressure are applied for therapeutic needs. A futon is used and comfortable clothing is recommended.
Swedish Massage
The most popular massage in the West in spas and resorts. Relax and rejuevenate with light to mild flowing strokes. A massage table is used.
Sports Massage
Recommended for people engaged in sports activity. Sports Massage involves specific and general tissue and muscle work. A massage table is also used.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage addresses specific tension using slow deep strokes. Deep Tissue may also be applied to any of the Treatments in the list.
Thai Yoga Massage
This ancient massage from Thailand incorporate unique stretches from yoga and acupressure. Thai Yoga Massage is done on the floor, fully clothed.
